Background

Rev. Emmanuel De La Torre began serving in “ministry” at the age of sixteen.

For many years he served as youth pastor, worship pastor, associate pastor, and children’s pastor. In 2014 Pastor Emmanuel served as lead pastor for Tulelake Assembly. Under his leadership the church experienced growth and stability.

As an Assemeblies of God Minister, Rev. Emmanuel De La Torre has served as the East Bay Area Area Missions Director, San Jose Area Youth Rep, Missionary Associate, and has participated on numerous committees for the Central Pacific Ministry Network.

God With Us Ministries

Rev. Emmanuel De La Torre is president and founder of God With Us Ministries, a ministry aimed to empower and disciple youth while giving them the opportunity to serve and fellowship.

Strong Tower Community Church

In 2021, Rev. Emmanuel De La Torre was elected as Lead Pastor of Strong Tower Community Church in San Jose California.

Agape Consulting

Outside of his local church Rev. Emmanuel De La Torre operates Agape Consulting where he seeks to empower churches, schools, and non-profits with leadership development.

Center of Theological Studies
Rev. Emmanuel De La Torre also oversees the Central Pacific Ministry Networks “Center of Theological Studies” as its education director.

U.S. History Teacher

“Mr. De La Torre” is a High School United States History teacher.

Rev. Emmanuel an ordained minister, holds a Bachelors of Arts in History (San Jose State University), a Bachelor’s in Theology (Latin American Theological Seminary), a Masters in Education with a Concentration in Teaching (Alliant University), and is pursing a Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership, Curriculum, and Instruction (Evangel University).
